I drive an extra 30 minutes to get my Polestar 2 serviced at Paul Rigby Volvo in Stourbridge. Stress free environment, great coffee and biscuits too. And they do a great job! The workshop is visible from the waiting area so you can see what's happening to your car if that takes your fancy. 60k mile service done in 35 minutes for £127 including a wash. Can't ask for more than that.
A really warm welcome from Sue on the reception desk and a brilliant service from Tim. After a test drive and lots of time spent looking at different cars, interiors etc we made our choice and our order was placed quickly and efficiently. They even let us bring our dog Bess in to say hello and have some treats. An excellent overall experience and I’m looking forward to going back in to collect our new car when it’s ready.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good choice of cars to look at. Test drove a couple. We decided to go ahead with a purchase and agreed a time and date to pick it up. Unfortunately when we got there the car hadn't been cleaned inside or out, requested work hadn't been done. Just made us feel a bit flat and we had to go back the following week. We are very happy with car.
The Turbo boost pipe split whilst travelling to our holiday destination. Even though this was an unplanned or booked visit to this Volvo dealership, All the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were stuck with 2 kids, a dog and a car full of luggage. They quickly diagnosed the fault and ordered the part for a fast delivery. Then helped us as a family for local suggestions on what to do for the day whilst the part arrived and was fitted. Thank you all so much for enabling us to continue with our holiday break.
