I came in on one of the weekdays around 3pm in March as i was in the local area at the time, I was really disappointed with the customer care I had received by the female receptionist and there seemed to be little to no sales staff available. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came in on a busy Saturday afternoon, the younger lady at reception was wonderful as was the young lad who showed me around a few XC60's despite him explaining he had not long started and needed the price list for reference. Even though no salesmen were available all of my questions were answered to a high standard and the few salesmen that hurried past me all greeted me and smiled . I will be coming back when I'm due to change my car in November.

Full marks to the Service team for yesterday - Katie, Geoff & gang. Nice to see a dealership looking after older stock cars. I can say its worth the extra travel to get to a Paul Rigby site.

Excellent friendly service, very helpfull, they even found my tennis balls that I had left in the courtsey car!My car had also been cleaned inside and out.First class.
