At last my new Clio Hybrid as arrived . After 9 months of patiently waiting. I must thank Naweed at Sutton Park for his excellent service throughout the purchase and eventual hand over last Sunday. I have been a customer of Sutton Park Stourbridge for over 20 years and would highly recommend them for their diligence and excellent customer care and service.
Big thanks to Neb and all at Sutton Park Motors Stourbridge for getting my car to me. Neb worked tirelessly with Dacia in order to ensure my car got to me, when my previous vehicles clutch broke and I can't thank him enough. So far I've only driven 24 miles, but loving it. Thanks Neb and all
Naweed has done a fantastic job of arranging and dealing with a motability vehicle for one of our service users, friendly, professional and helpful. Top service from this dealership, the process was lengthy thanks to third party errors but Naweed has helped me throughout the process and it was great to finally collect the vehicle today. No pressure, great service car dealership. We are so pleased that we visited this showroom and just a week later took possession of our brand new vehicle. I’m so happy with my purchase. Charlie was great! He was able to find me car that fitted all the specifications that I wanted and explained all the finance options available. He made the whole experience simple and easy. Couldn’t thank him enough!
I try to summarise without writing an essay. Positives: Can actually get a good deal, negotiate a bit, and the service is really good, at least at the first point of contact. Providing you are buying a brand new car or there's no mechanical issues with the second-hand one, you should be fine. In my case, I went for a second-hand car. On a return way from the test drive decided to floor it and noticed the loss of power above 2000 rpm and requested for it to be investigated prior to the collection. Negatives: Well, 9 weeks after buying a second-hand Peugeot 308 from them, I had to cancel the order as there still was no fixed or estimated collection day "due to parts on back order" During those 9 weeks, poor customer service, no communication, and me having to chase up constantly, if I heard back from them - contradicting info, different stories from Neb and Steve. Also, I received a call from the warranty company asking me for details to process my claim, I was like, what claim, not even collected the car, just test drove it. There's is potential and possibility for good experience within this place if only everything is trouble-free, hence why I've not left a zero star review. Also, I do understand certain things were out of their control. Unfortunately, they failed badly in this instance on follow-up customer service.

Went along to Sutton Park Dealership Stourbridge looking to purchase a new car and was greeted by the lovely Neb. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I came away with exactly what I wanted. He was honest and I didn’t feel obliged to buy. Neb also sorted my tax and transfer of reg. I am enjoying my car but am waiting for spring to enjoy it even more . Thank you Neb
Picked up my new Clio E-Tech Engineered this morning from Renault Stourbridge. What a fantastic experience! Ordered early Jan, managed to get the exact car I wanted a lot sooner than expected. Nad was excellent throughout the entire process, great banter too. Will happily recommend him and Renault Stourbridge to anyone.
I was very pleased with Naweed and the Dacia Garage and team. I just picked up my new Duster. Naweed was very helpful and knowledgeable, and very courteous during the handover. Much recommended. It was a pity there was a wait from first ordering to delivery but these were due to circumstances completely beyond their control. Very happy today!
