Staff withholding reduced stock away from customers, when reducing items they hide them behind the til for themselves to purchase. Staff prevented me from purchasing an item by saying they were going to purchase it for a relative after there shift then proceeded to apologise saying she was being selfish? This is very unfair, so much for customers first. I know understand why the original store shut down now...

Love the guys here! Super helpful always and so friendly! Bring my boy in a lot and they are so good with him, we went in Sunday just gone - 28/6/2020 and the guy there not seen him before was really friendly, he had long hair and facial hair? But anyway he was so good with my son and when we left he was like "let's go there again Mummy cuz the man calls me buddy!".. safe to say we had a great shopping experience!

Great shop. Couldn't find what I was looking for but they helped me and ordered it in for me Great customer service. Welcoming store. The queuing system is a bit weird but I got the hang of it pretty quick. Great selection of games and other devices such as phones console's. They also have all the Accessories that you would need for most devices such as controllers headphones and cameras. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone who needs some tech second hand or first hand.

The person that served me was super helpful. The store was a little hard to find as the lift was out of order, but easy one you know! Very good experience. Thank you!

Always loved this place, even more so since it moved from the high st to the old Gamestation. It's smaller, but, weirdly more comfortable with its décor. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and great to banter with and I always feel welcome, which is a hard to come by thing in this town. Thanks for keeping my game addictions flourishing you guys!

We had the very best customer service today from Ben. What an absolute star! If only more staff were like him. He went above and beyond. When we arrived the store was closed google says 10am sunday its 10.30am he was sat in a cafe opposite and although he wasn't working as he didnt start till 10.30am he sst in the cafe and started to help us. When the store opened he was helpful, knowledgeable and again above and beyond. Someone give this man a pay rise!!

The store itself has no ventilation. They need an aircon. In the summer it's terrible. For what they sell it's just OK. It's only really worth buying the pre owned titles if you want to try random games out. They do have good bundle offers sometimes. It's just new games are always +£10 the price of everywhere else.

Picked up a second hand phone here for my son, really helpful service even though I went in as they were about to close. The guy that served me explained everything in full and good selection of second hand phones and their ratings.

Excellent professional service! Dan, Jack and Chris were very helpful when looking for my Doom collectors addition! Will be coming back again.

Don’t join the elite membership!! It’s a waste of time. They take your money the card will not link to the account and they won’t refund. Plus CEX is much cheaper and offer more money on trade and cash. I got more cash at cex than I was offered for trade in Game.
