won't take a link out of watch brought from them even though they said they would. couldn't do it at time of purchase as was a gift!! disgusting attitude from women on phone too! Wanted to see a receipt, didn't want partner to see cost, I agreed to send him a picture so they could see the receipt, date, cost place of purchase (H.Samuel) still no they need a physical receipt, not to sure how physically having a piece of paper in hand helps them to take a link out of a watch. overall, unhelpful, rude and we with buy from you again.

Went in looking for a ring but the one lady staff member was long in tooth and stuck up her own ass so come out the spent my money some where else
