I ordered the Black Lucy Puffer Jacket, and it came looking really good. The fur is great, and doesn't shed. The hood has a lot of fur on it, and is plump. Extremely warm and thick, would definitely recommend! Only negative thing I would say is that it took long to come, due to Royal Mail's covid delays.

Placed order online just after Xmas Paige long puffer jacket-although rather apprehensive. Usually wear size 12 but after reading reviews went up a size to 14. Arrived 5 days later. Fits well and snug. Very happy and cheaper than other coats I've seen. Good quality thick coat and as described. Thank you.

Amazing customer service and super fast delivery. Ordered a coat but needed a smaller size which they sent out and it fits perfectly! I love it, only thing id say is the fur hood isnt as nice as the first one i ordered but other than that i'd definitely order again from here.
