I wonder if customers at French Connection are aware of the way in which angora garments sold in the store are sourced? Angora, obtained from Asia, China in particular, is used in the manufacture of these items ... angora fur is obtained from rabbits, the fur being ripped from their bodies while they are still alive. Needless this is an excruciating experience for these animals, as they scream in pain while undergoing this torture and then are shoved back, bleeding and traumatised into their cages. Customers, is your new fashionable coat or jumper really worth this or is this a practice you would prefer not to  know about ?  The price tag you see on your garment is not the only price which lies behind your purchase. Please be aware, ask questions, refuse to be a part of this despicable trade. Animal welfare is not a high priority or any priority at all in some countries but we can refuse, by ethical use of our spending power, to help sustain such a trade.  Many other companies have abandoned such dealings, so perhaps French Connection might do the same.
