Nice store located in the heart of Liverpool City centre. Customer services is on point and very friendly. Plenty of clothing available on full price and they recently added quite a few Sale items, which is a bonus. Staff at shop floor and on tills are very friendly and helpful.
Not the best but not the worst shopping chain. Been there today for a nice winter jacket. It was successful! They've got some good real waterproof jackets. Most of these jackets only require a single t-shirt, they're so warm. Too dark the floor, people with visual problems can find hard to read the price tags. Easy access for wheelchair users. No public toilets in place. Winter jackets are on 20% off as they continue the black Friday deal. My jacket was £99. I recommend this shop for anyone who wants a real winter jacket.
This a big store in L1 center. Huge assortment in all categories. Also sport. I liked the staff here. Very kind.

Friendly and super helpful staff. Good value and large variety of clothing. Needs doors on the front of the Liverpool One store to prevent heat loss and therefore help the environment, also deters shoplifting.

Lovely gentleman helped us this afternoon when we had a question regarding gift cards we had purchased. He went the extra mile to call customer service for us to be able to use the gift cards before heading back to Canada. Amazing customer service, his assistance was much appreciated! I wish we had got his name so we could have recognized him. Thank you!!
Great store if you like the brand. Has loads of items and not badly priced at all. We've brought all sorts from this store over the years and the staff have always been friendly and very eager to help.
Saturday Afternoon/Evening. Had to return a coat as it was too small, all went well with some very helpful staff. Tried on another style in the changing rooms with help from Alaria who kept running to get me different sizes/colours. Thanks to her I bought a new winter coat with a student discount and I feel much better about this purchase!
Great discount on coats. Lacking lighting in the store. Bought a coat and it was much lighter on a normal dai light
