Ellie is the true embodiment of what you could only describe as a world class ambassador for Ann Summers. All of her interactions were personable, charming and most importantly - empowering. Ellie has a very natural way about her which draws you out of your shell, triple boosts your confidence and has you leaving the shop feeling fierce. She is also an incredibly creative person, and has an amazing talent for shibari. If you could bottle her enthusiasm and passion, I’d put it in my never ending basket at Ann Summers. Ellie is a genuine star, a true asset to the business and will have a customer for life with me. Thanks Ellie.

I had to write a glowing review about the lovely Ellie, who was extremely helpful when I visited this store recently. Her lingerie suggestions were incredible and she made me feel so comfortable in a situation where I could easily have been embarrassed. Ellie is an asset to the store and the Ann Summers team.

Furious. I went into Ann Summers with my colleagues after a long day at work. I go to the back of the store and am swiftly browsing. A worker interrupted our experience and rudely asked us for ID in N abrupt manner. As i had been in work, I didn’t have my ID on me at the time so proceeded to tell her this. She told me to make my way to the front of the store aggressively and inconsiderately. You completely lost my clientele and I will not be returning after being spoken to in such a manner.

Shocking customer service! I’ve been into this store today to do an exchange on items purchased last week more than one size purchased after being told I was able to do so. The delivery paperwork also states I am able to return to store for a full refund or exchange.  Staff member on the door was lovely. However that changed when I got inside the store, I was refused the exchange but she said she would ask the manager when I said I’d also been told by their service team I could return to store to exchange.  The till staff where extremely rude to the point I put my exchange down and went to leave the store. I was left stood at the side of the till why the 2 till staff whispered between themselves. As I was leaving a staff member came to get me and said the would do the refund/exchange. At this point I said I no longer wanted the exchange  and I’d just have the refund as I was unhappy with the service. At this point the manager who refused to give me her name said that I ‘wasn’t having a refund now and she would now only offer an exchange’.  Terrible customer service and I won’t visit this particular store again

I went into the store yesterday and I was greeted at the door by a lovely member of staff. I needed some assistance and a the lovely staff member Caris served me. She provided excellent customer service and even did it with a smile on her face. She assisted me in what I was looking for and did it with ease and with a little personal touch too. She gave her expert opinion and even recommended a few items too. Thank you soo much.

Rubbish customer service. Massive queue at the tills, with loads of us waiting to pay. Only one server on the tills, while 2 members of staff stood there having a chat about their weekend plans and how one of them might have had covid.

So I've been to this shop a few times now and have always had amazing customer service from the whole team. Today I had to take a toy back for the second time. It wasn't a issue at all in fact I was looked after by the manager who's offerd her services on many occasions and is great. This is just a thank you and hope you all get the recognition you deserve.

Senior staff member called by cashier to refund the item. After a good 10 minutes a rude 'key holder' named Siobhan made an appearance. Refused to offer a refund or a exchange of a faulty bikini most of stones had come out after a week on holiday! despite me having full proof of when the item was purchased and the cost on the email as purchased online. Advised me to contact customer service over the phone??  Absolutely ridiculous!! Will not be buying here again. Awful customer service along with poor quality product!

I was at 7:30pm on Friday to buy some bras. The fitting room was closed as they said store will be close soon 8pm and they need a time to clean it. I cannot buy any bra without try it first! So maybe the closing time should be changed on Google?
