Staff were lovely, clothes were laid out neatly, however it felt like an old person's home being too warm and the lights were too strong, so much so that I felt faint and I needed to escape for some fresh air. My niece loves it here for the Anime T-shirt so she buys XS so with this taken into consideration it's not all that bad as the tills were well staffed and we didn't have to wait for long and it was such a busy day on a Saturday.
The store is more clear now. It's a complete change since the last time I was there. It use to have dark interiors and it's fresh, clean easy to find stock.Great interior job! Great staff!They didn't have my size but was informed by the staff member that the item is available online. I ordered a coat and footwear instore. I can't wait till I get them!
The heating was definitely stuck on full! Overpriced for what you get too. Shop could do with a tidy up as it was a royal mess when we went at the weekend

Pull&Bear is a good shop. I bought a pair of jeans which I'm very happy with. I also shop online and buy Pull& Bear clothing from Asos. The prices are reasonable and affordable for all ages.
