I've always had problems with stoneacre . But going into the Rotherham branch initially it felt much better so I decided to trade my car in with them . Much to my regret !!! The car was faulty from the beginning which stoneacre were fully aware of and chose not to do anything about it . The car was then later crashed due to the fault on the car , which I was unaware what the fault actually meant and they weren't willing to help . The car needed £1,000 repairs, so I contacted stoneacre Rotherham to ask see if they would help with the costs considering it was them who sold me the faulty car, not only did it take days for them to get back to me, but when they did , no one even bothered to ask if I was okay and they also refused to pay anything towards the damage !!!! DO NOT USE STONEACRE AND DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH . As soon as you've purchased the car and got the money off you , they are not bothered at all !!!!!!

I went there once to buy car on finance. Salesman took my details and said when it's approved than you comeback to choose car and he said he will call me in an hour time I said ok thsn no one call me :( 1 day later I call them to find out they said there is  no details Marchand basically they wasn't keen
