We have just bought a car from Evans Halshaw.  We brought our old car in for a possible repair and were just browsing.  Josh Douglass gave us some assistance and helped us research what we could afford for our budget.  He was friendly and helpful and not at all pushy, and even though we weren’t initially looking to buy, he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He was knowledgable about the cars we looked at and clearly takes pride in his Job. After we decided to change the car, Josh made the purchase and transfer very easy, quick and efficient. Really great service.  Thank you!

I recently purchased a used Astra and so far everything has been great. Josh Douglass was very knowledgeable and offered good advice both with the car and the available add-ons. He went through all of my options in a lot of detail and without any pressure at all to buy. Gave me plenty of time to look around and test drive the car. The same-day handover was also incredibly quick and straightforward.  A great experience all round.

I have been a customer of Evans Halshaw for 9 years, the staff are wonderful, friendly courteous & the showroom is large & airy with new cars to browse a seating area to wait with free tea & coffee. There's a vending machine as well free WiFi & TV to watch. There are many new & used cars outside to browse & you can view your car being Mot or repaired in the garage adjoining the showroom. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff I can't recommend Evans Halshaw enough.

My step daughter was looking for a Mini Countryman and found one at Evans Halshaw Citroen Rotherham.  As I live much closer than her I was tasked with making contact and doing a preliminary inspection.  The staff were very helpful, answered all my questions and gave me access to the vehicle to examine it carefully on my own.  Subsequently my step daughter came over to look at the vehicle and have a test drive and a valuation of her exiting Mini for part exchange.  Again all questions were answered, the part exchange offered price was what we hoped for and she was able to take the test drive on her own and loved the car.  Again all questions were answered and she agreed to buy the car, accepted the offer of 7 days free insurance and collected the car two days later.  One of the smoothest car buying experiences, with no hard sell, I have had in nearly 60 years of driving.  Special thanks to our adviser Beccy.

We have just part exchanged our old car for another our sales person Ericka was so nice and friendly and very helpful helping us find a car just right for us all the staff there were lovely made us a hot drink while Ericka was sorting out our sale really good experience.
