Jamie looked after me from day 1. Recently widowed and looking for a new car there was no pressure. He was mature beyond his years. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept in regular touch with me about progress of the delivery of the new car. There was definitely no pressure anywhere along the line. He made the whole process very relaxed.
As always, customer service at the highest level. I can't even imagine a better approach to the client. nothing is a problem for them, they always try to help as much as possible. Thank you very much for the kind service at the front, as well as for those who did the service today and MOT at the same time, thank you for the highest standard of service.
I want to say a big thank you to this lovely man in the picture. His name is Jamie and he is the most nicest sales person I think I have ever come across. This lovely man also organised this personalised number plate as a suprise for my new car Phoenix pictured above. I don't know how much more lovely one can get! If you are choosing to buy a Toyota then please buy one from Jamie's place, as I couldn't fault him. He was even prepared to go the extra mile and come in on his day off, just to see me drive away in my new car. Jamie even helped me set up my apple car play which was so lovely. I even recieved after care from him for about 1 week after my car purchase. If there is talk of a pay rise then Jamie is the person to give one to. No smarmyness about him. Just a nice, honest, down to earth, wholesome person. Thank you for keeping in touch with me the whole way through the process. You went above and beyond for me. Even on your days off. You are 100% super!!!
In the 6 years we have been customers at Burrows Rotherham, the customer service has been second to none. They have always looked after us and gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and when we want to change our car, we will definitely not be going anywhere else! Well done everyone at Burrows!

Identified a suitable car on Autotrader and liaised with the Burrows staff to get personal video and all service history prior to confirmation of purchase. Also had paintwork treatment. Collected the car myself after journey of 200+ miles. Everyone was ready and went very smoothly.
