From entering your showroom I was welcomed.  Bradley shepherd made me feel comfortable especially as it was the first car I had actually bought myself and I am now 80.  There was nothing he couldn’t do to help me.  He made everything very clear without being overbearing.  I’m sorry I can’t remember names but the lady that sorted my insurance was lovely too. Very patient to an old lady.  Finally the young man that sorted my tax out and explained about the various switches etc on the car was really helpful no matter what I asked.   Thank you all for a great experience it was a pleasure doing business with you.  I would recommend you to anyone prepared to listen!

Excellent experience buying my new  Audi Q5 at Carshop Sheffield. Couldn't be happier with the service I received here, all the staff were great, especially Curtis who personally dealt with me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for better service from him!   The car is amazing to drive away with and everything from buying this car to part exchanging my previous car was smooth, quick and easy!

Came in just to take a look around and see what was on offer for my budget, honestly didn’t think we would find one.. but Yvonne did her best and found me a perfect little car within budget! Great service, no hassle or fuss, part ex'd my last car i got from here over a year ago, drove away with my new car the same week, couldn't be happier. Max was amazingly friendly, honest and professional from the start, and AJ was great yet again explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions even after I'd bought the car. Great welcoming, from walking through the door to collection. Great staff and aftercare, which is important to me. A lot of other dealerships are often happy to drop you as a priority after they have your sale, but not these guys. Will be back in a few years no doubt!

Turned up expecting to get a new car for my girlfriend and spotted my dream spec m140i. Was approached by Josh Mirza and immediately went on a test drive and I fell in love. I’ve never bought a car through car shop before but Immediately felt at ease with the process, and before you know it I was walking out with the keys to a 330bhp monster. I attended the Sheffield branch on Sunday morning to view a car I was interested in. Libby the salesperson was very helpful and organised a test drive, after which I decided to purchase the vehicle. I have recently purchased my new car from Car Shop Sheffield and I couldn’t be happier. I was met by Josh Ashley when I entered the showroom and he was extremely helpful. Josh was attentive and made lots of enquiries as to what my wants and needs were and worked tirelessly to help me. Josh was calm and patient even when I was indecisive and picky. He was informative about the cars I chose to look at and there were many and offered advice as to how the selected vehicles met my needs. He was brilliant! I was also supported my Matthew Broadhead in making my purchase. He was also a pleasure to have supporting me. He was knowledgable about the purchase options and went out of his way to ensure that all of my needs were met. He ensured that everything went along quickly and smoothly.  I love my new car!

Never used Car Shop before but we were happy with the experience on our purchase of a Citroen C4 6 months old....Josh was the Salesperson who was polite and helpful whilst assisting with our test drive and valuation of our Ford Smax - which was a good price.  Matthew the Business Manager also was also a pleasure to have through the paperwork process.  Although a tad disappointed that there were no front or back floor mats for such a new vehicle.

Jason provided a warm professional friendly service. Knowledgable about the vehicle specifics and nothing was too much trouble. Car shop has a huge range so easy to compare your options. Left same day with a nearly new car.
