This practice is first class. All the reception staff are outstandingly helpful, and they try to deal with any requests and issues promptly and efficiently.  The three doctors, are all excellent and give the patients the time they require even if it over runs the time limit. However, Dr Rushi who I see,  is first class. He is approachable, very competent and has other disciplines in medicine as well as general practice. 

There is a nurse practitioner, Louise,  who is excellent and adept at treating run of the mill problems, thus freeing up time for the doctors. The clinic is excellent with its diabetics, and ensures that they have a full yearly MOT for which I am very grateful. When you hear so many horror stories about GPs failing their patients,  I can assure you that everyone in this practice are first class carers.

For me it is a delightful experience attending this surgery.  The staff are very helpful and never complain and somehow always have a smile.  The nurses are also helpful and knowledgeable.  The Doctors  are also excellent and treat you with the greatest of respect.  Hence the five star rating.
