Not quite sure what is going on with the surgery at the moment. Its not even worth calling them. Constantly no doctors appointments. They can't provide call backs. The only reason im giving 2 stars is because Jackie the nurse practicioner is amazing!

Lanchester Medical Centre used to be a sterling service, unfortunately it has been steadily declining over the last couple of years. Different Dr each time you go, that is when they can be bothered to wait for you! literally 10 minutes late for what would be the last appointment of the day and the Dr couldn't be bothered to wait despite the manditory 20 minutes wait policy!  Have been trying to order a repeat prescription now for almost a week and a half, no communication between staff and no medication now for almost 2 weeks, pleased my meds don't keep me alive!!!
Trying to complain or get an appointment is a bit fruitless as they never answer the phone! took 3 days to get a reply from a ringing telephone. 
Would change surgeries but there is not much choice!  So sad that this is happenening as i stated earler, Lanchester used to be a fantastic surgery with very very good GP's and excellent service
