I personally want to thank the staff at this surgery for taking good care of me when I walked in asking for help. I was registered straight away and a doctor saw me and took great care of me. I am proud to say this is my surgery.

horrible is polite takes forever to get an appointment and its only open once a year

The receptionists  are unfriendly, rude and unhelpful! You wait weeks for an appointment to see a GP, they will try to send you to other surgeries like Tanfield view or shotley bridge and in the mean time you are left suffering!
