I've never had a problem with this surgery. Yes it's hard to get an appointment, as it is with any NHS service, I suffer badly with anxiety and sitting in that waiting room is awful, - but that's the same as any anxiety sufferer in any waiting room, the doctors are often running late - again find me a surgery that doesn't, they don't try and rush you out the door and they take the time to listen to your problems, even the receptionist is usually helpful - you don't get many surgeries with helpful receptionists. Don't deserve the bad review that's for sure

A patient of this practice for 25 years. The health care of the GP's was second to none, they all (Drs. Wood, Staines, Van Den Brul) all really cared about whatever it was you were there for.

Now the originals have retired, my god what a complete change. My GP couldn't be LESS interested in being helpful if they tried. Recently had to BEG for some insulin as I'd miscounted available pens. What a chew on. What was so wrong with being able to get a short term loan from the pharmacy like you used to be able to?
