The worst experience my Husband & myself has ever had. Just moved to the area & this is the closest, so we filled out all the forms to register. Had our 1st appointment today a review it was called, more like the quickest, most distraught & most belittling experience we have ever had. Got called in late but that was ok, it was the way the doctor spoke to us & treated us that was absolutely disgraceful. From the word go he wasn't interested in helping us only to say that the medications we are on will probably be changed & might even be stopped. Also that neither of our medical problems are reason not to be able to work. Both my Husband & myself suffer from Mental Health problems (severe) my Husband has heart problems & has had a stroke in the past, luckily it has not left him with long term physical effects. We are both on life time medications & in need of specialist appointments for other medical problems. It says it is a NHS medical centre not a Private slagging off. We will NEVER be setting foot back in that place again that is for sure. By tampering with our medications & putting our medical welfare at risk would have killed us.

Can get appointments the same day, friendly staff, nurses and doctors, nice modern building. Only downside is that they often overrun meaning you may be waiting for a while.

Brilliant doctors, never had a problem getting an appointment. Friendly reception staff and friendly doctors and nurses. I would definitely recommend this surgery if u are in their catchment area.
