asked fpr tablet review as was urgent as was hospitalised because of all the tablets i was on the unqualified receptionist reads blood results over the phone not explain anything and my bloods have been put of range a few times this year ove been ill since december withh symtoms of kidney damage and jhave not been refered to anyone on record ot says ive had tableyt reviewws i have not me and my hisband had to tell dr mNgat what tablets i wanted to stopp and he just did it no inpit or explination was given also over phone said i had no infection but according to my bloods i do i have no faith hes made me ill today will be my last apointment i am moving surgery as he os incompitent
