Excellent service been with practice since birth but this i 3rd building. Excellent service and had contact with other surgeries and can say Sacriston is the best can always get appointment either in person or over the phone might not be with chooen doctor but thats least of an issue as i can now do this online and choose who i want to see i can also order repeat prescriptions too. All staff are extremely friendly and friendly . Over the last five years since i was seriously ill i can honestly say Sacriston Surgery are outstanding x

Same as all the rest. Dr Petts has no brains no compassion and does not care... Cannot comment on others. They seem to be in it for one thing... Money. No love compassion passion or care just a pay packet and refusal to prescribe correct medicine or give good advice. Asked for 3 simple requests all of which were refused without explanation. Made a complaint... They ignored me. If you got the dosh... Go private... No one cares here unless your on the happy pills and do not do your OWN research.

Only been with the surgery since april 2017 but so far no problems at all. Diabetes support is by far the best i have encountered, receptionists all so helpful and always try to help. Never yet been told to come back again or try next day for an appointment.

Staff and Doctors very friendly and well-organized. Decent appointment times and I have had one or two emergency visits without any problems at all (very quick) The online prescription system is well managed and prescriptions can be picked up in 3 or 4 days from the Chemist next door. All Good.
