Booked table for 7.30 booked cab at 2pm for 7.15 still not here 7.45 rubbish service

Booked taxi in advance for quarter to 6, gave them a call when they were five minutes late as I had an appointment to get to at 6, they then told us they would be five minutes, five minutes later still nothing so I rang again, the woman on the phone was rude! She told me she thought she had more cars available and one will be sent in five minutes when a taxi frees up. It gets to 10 past 6 and still nothing! I ended up calling pride cars who sent someone straight away! Absolutely fuming! It was for an antenatal appointment which was in Haverhill, which I ended up being 20 minutes late for all because they couldn’t be honest with me, now because of this me or my fiancé won’t be using their services again, they’re far too untrustworthy and incredibly rude on top of that! Would definitely recommend pride cars or bobs cars, never had an issue with them and they show up when they say they will

Used Star cabs for the first time as in the area on business. Excellent all round service. Picked up early and taken straight to my destination. Great customer service by driver.

Good experience with star cars. My flight was delayed for 12 hours but when I finally got back to stansted the taxi was there waiting for us. What a welcome sight! Would recommend.
