Great service. Phoned a few times with enquiries and everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. The taxi driver, Trevor, arrived on time in the middle of the night for airport run, was professional, and was a pleasure to speak to.
I was worried that the taxi would be late so U would have missed flight. All was okay, had a lovely driver. Would recommend abd use again

Booked a Taxi on New Year's Day for a hospital appointment early morning on the 3rd. The driver arrived on time even with my address being a little tricky to find. He was polite and friendly, got there with plenty of time and was a good journey. Highly recommend and will use your company again without hesitation. Thank you and please pass my thanks to the driver.
Would not recommend. Particularly with the App - the amount they charge is over-estimated, leaving you with a mis-matched receipt and an overcharge on your credit card, plus all the hassle of chasing someone to sort it out. Staff are not helpful at all on this.,
The taxi driver parked on my private driveway. He blocked the way to park my car on my own driveway and refused to move. What a service!
Good taxi sevice in Newmarket - Quick, reasonable price and friendly drivers
Incredibly terrible experience trying to book 2 7 seaters for a wedding. They got the booking wrong, did not have a any 7 seaters and sent 2 cars 20 minutes early. This does not bother me, mistakes happen and we would have let the drivers put the meters on but what does bother me is that one driver left and the other was so rude, he raised his voice at us and was aggressive. Furthermore, I had no intention of writing a review but wanted to ensure the driver was reported for his attitude. He could have simply knocked on our door and we would have paid for the waiting time - despite it being Newtax's mistake, that does not matter. But what really is shocking is how rude the lady was when I complained, I was accused of making them wait and losing money for local businesses that they could be earning elsewhere and repeatedly told that I was in the wrong despite texts confirming my booking was correct and the drivers had in fact only been waiting 4 minutes past the booking time. Yes, I was called in the morning but had 14 people in my house but blaming me for any of it is appalling. It is simple. Knock on the door, put your meter on and JUST BE NICE. What a shame 2 people can be like this ruining it for so many lovely drivers we've had in the past!
