I called on Monday to arrange a taxi for Saturday night. I was told to call back on Friday when they would be able to tell me if they had one available. I pointed out that it would be very short notice if they weren’t able to help me. The guy I was speaking to couldn’t have cared less !! I can’t believe they are still in business. Terrible service !!

I called M and L at 8:30 asking for a cab at 9:00. When no cab showed up I called again at 9:15. Instead of telling me they couldn't handle my ride they told me they would be there shortly. A Taxi showed up at 9:55. Half way down my road he told me that he couldn't take me all the way to the location I was trying to get to on base. He mentioned something about it being hard for him to renew a security clearance. When I asked him why he said it was because he was getting old... I'm not so sure of that. I told him that it would be hard for me to pay because the ATM i was planning on using was inside the base. He must have interpreted that as me not wanting to pay for the ride. He mentioned angrily something about me being american and proceeded to turn the cab around. He took back close to my house (not all the way) and told me to get out. when I refused he told me he would "put me out". I told him he wouldn't. After I asked his name and he refused to give it to me. Please be careful.

Booked a taxi via internet for 11 March. Received email confirmation but no taxi at Mildenhall Taxi Rank (Bus Stop) as promised. Tried phoning office but numbers unobtainable. We are in our 70's & were left stranded at 8.30 at night in almost freezing conditions. Stuck for about an hour but fortunately a cab from another firm came to our rescue. M&L are not to be trusted & there is no way we will ever use them again. They missed a £50. - fare!!!!

Only use this company if you are desperate. It's depends on what mood they are in if they will pick you up, or drop you off somewhere. They have a contract with Milldenhall, so they get paid no matter what they do.

I've found every time I call now I get someone really grumpy who can never take a booking because they're on the road and no one is in the office! I've given up and will be using Style taxis who are also now local!!!
