Great church a hidden gem, inside is an area dedicated to the English Rifles..... well worth a visit.
Beautiful Grade I listed gothic church restored by Christopher Wren after the great fire of London.
I enjoy the Tuesday Services. The church also hosts a lot of musical recitals. I'd definitely recommend if you are in the St Paul's, Farringdon area and want a quiet place to worship and pray.
Beautiful and welcoming church. Offers a range of services which are open to all - but equally a great place for a wander and some quiet contemplation. Impressive architecture and a number of interesting artefacts.
It is the lasting Memorial to so many famous musicians, including Sir Henry Wood & my mother, Violinist, Enid Berridge, who led his orchestra when a student at the RAM in the 1920's, and many more! The Memorial Services held there are so beautifully sung twice a year.
Beautiful church. There often have free lectures and you can attend without reservations.
This is a 15th century church that survived the Great Fire of London and is perhaps best known for the “bells of Old Bailey” mentioned in the nursery rhyme "Oranges and Lemons". Unfortunately, it was locked when we visited, with no indication of opening hours.
Lovely traditional and peaceful building nestled amongst busy cityscape.
Good pictutes of this old building and near by in surrounding area other beautifull buildings.
