I visited the emergency room after cutting my finger, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The doctor was not only skilled but incredibly kind and attentive. I was seen promptly, and the level of care I received was exceptional. I'm truly grateful for their expertise and compassion. Thank you immensely for such outstanding service.
My recent experience at St mary's hospital. My visit was marred by the exceptionally poor treatment I received from the staff nurses. Not only were they dismissive of my concerns, but their attitude was downright rude and unprofessional.nnFrom the moment I entered the facility, I felt neglected and disrespected by the nurses attending to me. Their lack of empathy and condescending demeanor only added to the distress of an already difficult situation. It is disheartening to see such a blatant disregard for patient care and basic human decency in a place that is meant to prioritize healing and compassion.nnI urge you to address these issues promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that all patients receive the respect and care they deserve. No one should have to endure the kind of treatment I experienced during my time at your hospital.
Fantastic experience at PICU - very happy with all the nurses and doctors here. They really take care of your child, providing 1-2-1 nursing, regular updates and parent care and support. I have to praise the CATS team equally - they have been extremely effective when my baby needed to be transferred from our local hospital to St Mary’s. They took the time to do all tests, checks and handover before leaving and reassured me along the way, especially as my baby was only 3 weeks old. Cannot thank you enough, the CATS team, doctors and nurses. God bless you all!
Rarely write reviews on any platform but i had to write about this experience.nnWorst medical experience. Waited for almost 6 hr to see a gp. He cant even issue a medical report / letter / whatever that can prove the patient isnt fit to travel in order we can claim our travel insurance we bought from our own country. Felt like i was cheating to claim our own travel insurance when we were really experiencing some unforeseeable health issue. Its hilarious that a person which cant close her eyelid and with food and liquid coming out from her mouth when she eats is fit to travel. What if she couldnt see with just one normal eye that a car coming at her and got hit? And how fit could she be when she can bearly eat??nnAnd the clinic dont even have an eye shield to help cover the patient's eye to prevent wind blowing towards her affected eye. All the dr. could do is cover the patient's eye with a round cotton pad eye pad which the package said with some tape which we did the exact same thing with a beauty thermal eye pad or cotton pad and a medical tape we bought from boots for around £1 the day before when visiting the a&e before being told to go to the clinic. If we knew this clinic was this incompetent, we rather not waste our time there but instead get more rest for the affected area inside our hotel room then getting stuck at an space packed with patients for 6 hrs. And the info the dr printed for us is just some nhs leaftlet he googled which i can easily search it myself.nnPicture provide: items on the left is what we were given cover the patient's eye after almost 6 hr of waiting and the right are items we have in hand to do the exact same thing that a so called professional medical institute can do.nnAlso the receptionist male is kind of rude. The clinic was so full that there was not enough seats. We were standing at the corridor which is as the furthest away from the treatment room as we could. He then used 'patient's privacy' to tell us stand further away. But there were barely empty spaces to stand in the wating area. He did say hes sorry but i cant feel any sorry in his tone but annoyance. If this institute is so concerned with patients privacy, why didnt they do their part by installing sound proof walls?? I could hear baby crying standing at the waiting area and when we were inside the treatment room, i could hear the noise from outside the room. People outside would probably hear the conversation if people inside were talkibg loudly. Its such a joke to talk about privacy when the clinic itself isnt equipped with some appropriate facilities to prevent patients privacy from leaking.nnThere would be more to complain about if i go on with what im unsatisfied with this visit In conclusion, the environment of the clinic, the attitude of the staff and the treatment we received, the overall experience sucks and is extremely disappointing and the level of inefficiency is shockingly low and unacceptable for a professional institute.
My mother was cared for in the Emergency Department of your hospital from 12th to 13th May by Freddy and his team. I would like to say how grateful I am for all the excellent care that she received with kindness and. consideration of her great age.
