Arrived on time for my appointment to be notified of a 20 minute delay - this eventually grew to a 1 hour 40 minute delay, all whilst being told misleading information.nMultiple patients came in and were seen before me because they “definitely couldn’t wait that long”, which is just unfair.nnFinally seen by the doctor and she takes a personal phone call midway for 6 minutes, leaving me in the room waiting even longer.nnStaff were lovely and I’m sure this stuff happens, but the miscommunication and unprofessionalism can’t be understated.
Not only the signage is appalling and contradictory, the attitude of people in reception is really bad, they send you the wrong way and they are more interested in talking between themselves than help you. I am not the only one who was send the wrong way as literally within 5 minutes, there was another person for the same service also given wrong directions. We had to find out way ourselves as reception person was really hostile.
MCHAS London is an absolutely terrible place full of incompetent untrained people. Telephone number doesn't even work and the staff act like thugs. The place needs to be investigated by the CQC, PHSO and ICB, staff need to be sacked and place closed down perminently.nAvoid sending anyone here as it could be deemed as negligence. Staff just sit around talking in a foreign language, playing on their phones and are extremely hostile and aggressive and possible pose a serioous danger to anyone admitted here.
Total medical negligence and breach duty of care!!! 1st MSK Clinic referral sent by GP beginning of June 2025. Not interested, no reply. 2nd referral sent by GP beginning of July 2025. They set an appointment for the middle of July 2025, but at the day of appointment refused to look into private MRI Cervical Spine images  clearly showing serious cervical spine herniations compression on spinal cord and nerve roots, cervical spine stenosis, thoracic spine multilevel dehydration and herniation. Just came there to get information they will do an MRI cervical scan but it will take maybe 3-4 weeks. In the meantime significan worsen health condition including loss of mobility and feeling.
I attend my appointment st charlescentre health wellbeing, the staff recephonist desk are polient and helpful and supportive satisfied thank you kind regards
