nMy brother had open-heart surgery here and received the best care ever. The doctors and nurses were so kind and professional. They also supported me with free meals, a clean room to stay, one month free gym, and even paid my London congestion charge.nnThey also made sure my brother was happy with lots of toys and games, and a psychologist came every week to check on me too. Truly an amazing hospital that cares for both patients and families.
Parents please add likes as much as you can, maybe something will change one day!nnLifts!!!nnOne of the best hospitals in the world — with outstanding doctors and medical staff.nIt’s an enormous children’s hospital treating kids with a wide range of conditions. We came here from another country, and I was shocked to see that such a major hospital has only two working elevators.nnWe’ve been here for six months, and every single day I spend about an hour just waiting for the elevator. There are so many people — children in wheelchairs, babies in strollers — and we all wait for the same single elevator! It’s the only one that works in this area and the only way to reach the 7th floor.nnThe middle elevator constantly gets stuck on the 5th floor, and the one on the right hasn’t been working since we arrived — that’s half a year already. One working elevator for seven floors — it’s unacceptable!nnNo one has repaired them for years. What if there’s an emergency? This is a hospital! One of the best in the world, supposedly — and yet these elevators have been broken for years. It’s an absolute disgrace!nnNo matter how many complaints you file through PALS, it’s useless. No one seems to care.nJust a shame for this kind of place.
The doctors and surgeons are AMAZING AND FANTASTIC they do an incredible and remarkable job . There is no problem ypu have with anything everything you need is there. Perfect environment!nThank you GOSH you have done an amazing job you are such an amazing hospital there are such great nurses in this hospital and great surgeons it’s been 9 -10 years going to this hospital and every visit was amazing with no trouble. Gosh has helped me soo much and it’s amazing
I would like to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude to Dr. Robert Yates, who is the lead doctor currently overseeing my son's case. From the very beginning of our journey, Dr. Yates has shown exceptional care, dedication, and compassion. He continues to follow every detail of my son’s treatment with personal attention and true commitment. His calm presence, clear communication, and genuine concern for both the patient and the family have brought us comfort during a very stressful time. We feel truly supported knowing he is in charge of our son’s care.nnI also want to thank Professor Victor Tsang, who led the surgery with extraordinary skill and professionalism. His confidence, kind demeanour, and experience gave us peace of mind before, during, and after the procedure.nnAlthough our son is still recovering in the hospital, we already feel deeply grateful for the care he is receiving. We would also like to thank the entire hospital team — the nurses, anaesthetists, lab staff, administrative team, and everyone involved in his care. Each of you has shown such professionalism and compassion, making a difficult time a little easier for our family.nnThank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your ongoing support and outstanding care.
Amazing staff, so compassionate, considerate and accommodating. We liaised with the surgeon the anaesthetist and the nurses on Squirrel ward , the quality of care given was honestly amazing. The room was spotless, they provided small toys to help make our daughter comfortable and were very polite and kind to us. Thank you to the Squirrel night staff for getting us though this nightmare.
