I found this park during my lunch hour, whilst on a bike ride and made it my regular lunch spot. 

It's a quiet park, however, during one lunch break they had a event (music, and games)...it was a nice change :)

There is a children's park with swings, slides etc... , the main grassy park and tennis school next door.

Perfectly situated, just two minutes walk and you have all the convenience shops... Greggs, Sainsbury, chippy, supermarkets, newsagents and more

Also, every now and then you get the intercity trains flying by, heading either to Scotland or Newcastle.

I just love going to springfield park with my dogs they just love runing around but the only thing they dont want to go home.
