My daughter had her feet measured slightly bigger so we went back to Clarks in Poole to get them re-measured. Adam assisted us with the the refund and purchase of shoes of the right size. He is so nice and patient with kids and very knowledgeable of the products. Thank you for your help, Adam!

Last year 15 months ago I purchased a pair of waterproof shoes I have only worn them a few times as they were mainly bought for my part time work only and no other use, so only had very little ware, during the last two summers I hadn’t worn them due to them being to warm, when not in use I kept them in the shoe box as I do with all my other shoes. I noticed that the top leather was starting to split so I took them down to Clark’s in Poole and was told that I should not have kept them in the shoe box as this will degrade the shoe!!! That was the end of it!! I really was surprised that they degraded so quickly and with so little ware, it seems it’s a bad idea to spend money on dearer shoes.

Called in to Poole this morning to pick up 'adult' shoes for my son/school wear.  Your staff member, Adam, who was busy with other customers offered to assist as soon as he could so as not to cause us too much delay.  He was efficient, excellent with my son, and went the extra mile to measure him and feel the fit of the shoe to ensure a good fit.  Bearing in mind my son wants the minimum amount of time spent in a shop, Adam made it a pleasurable experience.   Reuben who I called up to see if the shoes were in stock prior to coming in to Poole was also very helpful. Management take note of your good members of staff!

Had a great experience in here. Adam was really helpful and was patient whilst I tried on a few pairs. Offered great advice on what shoes would be best for me and was happy to measure me so we could determine the best size for me. Ended up with two lovely pairs of shoes. Really great experience and thank you to Adam who was really friendly, patient and happy to help. Would definitely recommend to others especially if served by this young chap.

Getting grandkids feet measured for new school shoes and trainers. Excellent and friendly service from the young woman who dealt with us. She made it so easy.

Went in with my daughter today to get her measured up for new school shoes...lovely lady called Maria served us. She was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us!! She is certainly a credit to Poole Clarks shoe shop

Went to collect shoes today even though they didn’t fit I left with another pair . 3 visits it took but the two times of visiting I couldn’t ask for more help or patience from James who was polite friendly and nothing was to much trouble Thank you !

Kids school shoes, horrible expensive job made much easier by excellent staff thank you!
