Emma at contact lenses was so helpful. I am visiting and forgot my contact lenses so Emma showed so much care and empathy and went way over her call of duty. Excellent service. Provided me with the advice and guidance and temporary contacts after checking my prescription. So quick to resolve and a very happy customer. My experience with Specsavers has been very good so far. From eyes check to buying, it's been upto mark. The staff are nice and friendly. No long waiting. Mike suggested me about the glasses and it was very clearly demonstrated and explained. I would certainly recommend it. Thank you Specsavers team.
Had an audio appointment with Rory who was extremely friendly and professional, a real credit to the branch. He also managed to get me in 15 minutes early. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Lovely clean store, all staff attentive and friendly. The optician was great and gave me lots of information on any changes. The lady Kathryn who measured my glasses and processed my order was the most informative person I have ever been served by explaining what everything was and why things were done. Really impressed, great offers too

Extremely disappointed with this store, booked an eye appointment on a Friday to receive a text message half an hour before my appointment saying it has been cancelled, booked another day off work and re-booked another appointment to have that cancelled half an before. When I called the store to explain this was the second time this had happened, the lady on the phone laughed and said "that's not good is it" needless to say I will not be rebooking again.
