I sought treatment with Ridgeway for a sharp stabbing pain in my lower back. After x-ray and initial consultation I was diagnosed with hip problems due to one leg longer than the other. Treatment plan recommended, paid upfront and sessions booked. After 16+ sessions I had no real improvement. Due to the short sessions and factory line approach it's difficult to discuss or explore alternatives. I questioned the short 5-10 minutes sessions, I felt longer was needed. My concers where not addressed so I sought an alternative. A friend having had a similar experience with Ridgeway recommended another chiropractor and, 'wow' what a difference. I now have longer sessions with more time to discuss and try alternative treatments. Two sessions will the new chiropractor and I'm pain free! My advice is find a chiropractor that will spend time to understand your problem and explore your options, rather than a factory production line. On a positive note, I'm pleased to say Ridgeway did refund the balance of my unused sessions.
Feel better faster What can I say other than a huge thank you to Ridgeway Health & Wellness for there help in helping me recover from a fall. They have not only improved my physical health, but have helped my mental health too. After months of treatment with the NHS and various medications I was at an all time low with no hope of recovery. After a friend recommended them, I’ve not looked back and feel much better. Just wish I had known about them earlier Thank you
I have been having chiropractic care at the Ridgeway Medi-Spa for approx. 5 years and from the initial consultation, through to the on-going maintenance care that I’m receiving, the facilities and guidance has been first class. As someone who suffers with a chronic auto-immune condition, I need regular chiropractic adjustments to keep the inflammation to a minimum. Simon has always been open and honest in relation to the nature of my condition but with his care and support I have been able to keep the progression of this dreadful illness at bay. I can honestly say that Simon and the team at Ridgeway have given me my life back. I’m able to go to the gym, swim, play golf and enjoy my life to the fullest. This is something I was not able to do before. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
I know it is ironic and cliche to say this has changed my life but it has! I never thought it would be possible to live without being medication let alone minimal pain! I have had a series of back issues all steaming from December 2011 when I was 15. With all the pain, I was in I was on 8! tramadol a day plus other medication to try and make it through and it wasn’t touching the sides. I have had ups and downs over the years but no one could ever help me much. With multiple doctors telling me I am going to have to be on medication for the rest of my life, and that I will have to learn to “live with the pain”. A 15/16 year old should not have to deal with that much pain for the rest of their lives. I stumbled across the ridgeway chiropractic at the outlet centre and thought this was my last chance. After 7 years I didn’t believe some of what they were saying about being off medication and with minimal pain. I went for my initial appointments and was told it was a 7 month programs. I was in shock. But I had to give it a go, and try one final thing. The transformation that has happened is incredible. In simply 3 months into it I am able to be on no medication what so ever. I have yet to have a flare up, but Liam and the whole team has helped me learn how to feel it coming on and how to react when it does. It has not been an easy road at the beginning I was in a lot of pain but honestly worth going through to get to this point. All I can think now is getting back to running and the gym when it is suitable. They don’t only help with the pain they change your lifestyle to help monitor and teach you everything you need to know. They are an amazing team. Would recommend!
Harang is lovely and very gentle, she has helped improve my shoulder movement and pain! Very friendly and helpful reception staff! I had never been to a chiropractor before and i highly recommend them.

Ridgeway Chiropractor x-rayed my back, declared I had a bent spine I was in my forties and proceeded with treatment to correct. When nothing improved, I had a private MRI scan, only to be told that I had two slipped discs. The 'treatment' was making it worse.

I started coming here on a friend's recommendation after suffering chronic back and pelvic pain that doctors were unable to treat. The progress I have made already has been so worthwhile and tremendously improved my quality of life. The clinic focuses on more than just the adjustments, having a more objective look to overall health and lifestyle habits. They also offer further rehabilitation in a gym setting which really helps to support the adjustments. The staff are all so lovely and I have developed a rapport with everyone which makes the experience much more pleasant. The clinic performs very efficiently to a high standard, I would recommend Ridgeway to anyone looking for this particular treatment.
