Came to the walk in centre here, yes there was a long wait (3hrs) but it's a walk in centre so what do you expect?! When I was seen by the nurse she was amazing, saw 2 nurses in the end, was not rushed at all and was extremely well looked after! I couldn't fault the care I received.

No respect or care for patients needs ... tipical 7 minutes consultation doctors who only have their wage packet In mind and misdiagnosed health conditions often ... management cover ups are the order of the day ...

Called 5 times just after 8am no answer at all, looking for some urgent piece of mind and they can't even be bothered to answer the phone on time. Now have missed my opportunity to call in for an emergency appointment because their line is busy now. Complete bollocks. If you say you open at 8am you should be answering the phone from exactly that point onwards.

I called up Carfex this morning at 8.21am to book an appointment for my baby as he is having white patches on his body and also dry skin which he scratches a lot. I was told I would be called back by one of the nurses. I did get a call back at 10.02am and after informing her the symptoms of my baby, she booked in an appointment at 12.45pm. I asked her which floor I need to come, and she replied as 3rd floor, as generally for vaccinations and usual check-ups i take my baby on the 1st floor. The staff on the 3rd floor Reception told me to sit in the midwife waiting room, as i wasn't attended i walked up back to her to ask her, if she needs to make the nurse aware we are waiting, and she says she has no idea how the midwife operates as this is the new reception. ANd tells me to knock on the door of the midwife, i explain to the midwife what exactly is happening, and she informs the staff at the 3rd floor reception. ANd the staff says she don't hear me properly, probably that was because they were busy talking to each other while i was explaining. Finally i go to the 1st floor and the reception staff says the appointment is cancelled and she could re-schedule me at4.45pm. Its such a shame of such incapability of providing wrong information causing trouble to the us. I had taken a late shift so i could take my baby to the doctor, people are taken for granted by the staff at Carfex. If an emergency means waiting for 3-4hours, it shouldn't be called an emergency. And it disgusting to know in a matter of 10 mins an appointment is cancelled, when usually every patient spends almost 20mins in with the doctor/nurse
