Really awful place.. I have called in before which is a task all by itself as they hardly ever answer the phone (I have actually been there when the phone is ringing whilst two ladies on reception were chatting about something random, after what must have been a dozen or more rings one of them said I guess we should get that)!! Just to be clear, I am a typical male patient.. I will only go to the doctors if I REALLY have to, so when I call in with something wrong you can bet its not just a little cough or cold. I got told once that the first appointment they had was over a 6 week wait, that is ridiculous! If you do get through to actually book that appointment you have a receptionist demanding to know what you want to see the doctor about, I get that they have been told to ask but until you go off and get yourself a medical qualification I am NOT going to discuss anything medical with them. If you don’t tell them then you cant have an appointment, if you kick off about it they eventually admit that they can have a doctor call you but at that point you just feel like telling them where to stick it for not offering that in the first place. I have been to that surgery 2 or 3 times in 2 years and one of those visits was for a blood test and another just to get some meds. On the occasion I actually saw the doctor I discussed what I came for and also asked some questions about a shoulder pain I have had for some time, I got a lot of sighing and told he doesn’t have time for this!! Are you serious!! Now you have to book multiple appointments if you want to discuss more than one thing, I have never felt so uncomfortable when seeking medical advice in my life. I honestly would rather go to the walk in centre instead, at least you get seen quicker and the staff are a lot friendlier. Shame the walk in centre doesn’t accept patients from my post code. Personally I am trying to find a new surgery but I just see a lot of the same type of reviews wherever I go.

Truly deprecated in recent years. You need to select a raffle ticket on entry to the surgery just to be seen. I once saw an elderly patient forget to ask a question and was made to select another ticket and wait for a further twenty minutes or so. Phone lines are often down and are therefore uncontactable to the general public. Waiting times for appointments are ridiculously long. Such a shame to see a once reliable surgery fall from grace and purpose in recent years.

for 3 months trying to book appoitment online as I been said to do this way every morning and nothing no free slots . When I went to surgery them said to still check it online as what I see on my computer screen them see the same. Is very annoying that don't have chance to see a doctor at all

Phoned surgery for an appointment for my grand daughter 8 who has stomach pain and was told a doctor would be returning the call, that was at 09:20, phoned again at 12:20 and enquiried if three hours is normal for a call back? Yes it is apparently and it’s now 13:53 and still no call back. This surgery is a joke, think it’s about time to find a new surgery for me. Phoned last year before Christmas to get a normal drs appointment and couldn’t get in until March to see my regular doctor. Wouldn’t recommend this surgery to my worst enemy.
