Got very poor in the last 2 years you have to wait 2 weeks to see your local doctor's or they send you to the other side of swindon to see a doctor even though priory road is 1 min walk from my house.

Poor service. Staff not approachable or willing to listening. Transfered to this Doctors and was disappointed the word go. It took three 3 days to eventually register as staff not trained to register clients. Issues surrounding mental health concerns dismissed and antagonised rather than listening to the concerns expressed. At least an hour to wait for a Ten minute appointment. Staff have no sense of urgency or care for others. Unprofessional and incompetent reception staff and Doctors. Will be be going else where for treatment of concerns. CQC rated good in my opinion Extremely Poor service. No compassion for others.
