I had an emergency appointment as I had eyelashes ingrowing. A very plessant gentleman called Akim had 4 lashes out in no time. He also treated another eye condition and gave me advise. I did as advised and was able to go away on holiday the next morning feeling much much better. I returned this morning for a follow-up appointment with Akim, who was again outstanding. My eyes have improved greatly and I can't thank him enough. He is a credit to the company and his profession. I went to the Stockton On Tees Store. THANK YOU. John Richardson

Very friendly and helpful staff. Neve any problem that couldn't be solved. Sometimes a bit of a wait but kept informed. April 2017 - Went in today as my glasses had bent and gone uneven. A lovely lady with brown bob like hair gave amazing customer service and left a lasting impression that makes me want to come back

After I rang the shop to explain why I'd missed an appointment, I was told by the assistant "Well can you make sure you tell us in advance next time if you're going to miss an appointment." I'd already just explained it was my memory! I told her that I am on my own with two boys with autism, and she replied "Well you've missed a few now!" Yeah because I don't already hate myself for missing appointments......

The best customer service I have received in a while, they even went out of there way to reduce the price of a product for me. Strongly recommended
