Great service from Lauren and her colleague. Booked online. Dead Audi battery. Fixed in 30 mins with the correct battery even though it was quite tricky. Well done Halfords.
First fall of snow on 5th January my car wouldn’t start. Long story short Green Flag took my car and me to Halfords for a new battery.nI was checked in at once and a lovely young lady told me I was next to get my car sorted. Within minutes she was out the door with the equipment to replace the battery and 15 minutes later I was on my way. Brilliant service all staff were friendly and polite and it was a treat to see the ladies out there doing the same jobs as the men.nWell done Halfords.
Service with a smile! Staff are amazing especially the young lady on front desk, offered a coffee friendly chat whilst waiting for my car definitely wouldn't go anywhere else always honest, never over charge and believe me you don’t get that in some garages !! Highly recommended 10 stars never mind 5. Thank you again
Bought electrical item Code E, chart next to item said price was £2.39 but was charged £2.49. Queried but assistant said she could only charge what scanner said.
Went here, chose an H7 bulb, at checkout was asked if I wanted it fitted, I said “yeah sure”. Young lad tipped up at the car, had to back in store for a toolbox. As he saw he needed a Phillips stubby screwdriver… he didn’t have one. So he complained about fellow teammates not cleaning the tools as the tool he needed was a bit rusty. I went to the boot, brought out MY small toolkit carried in the car. “Oh I have the same one as that”……. Then he calls Matt, Matt says use a coin, I say you cannot use a coin, it’s a Phillips screw………… then he says “ you need to go to a garage, the wheel has to come off”nnShocking show HALFORDS Stockton..
