Never anyone around to ask advice always busy I waited ten minutes. Downloaded the dulux app to my phone in the shop it was quicker. I then wanted to buy a certain colour but couldn't find it all staff busy will have to return on try to buy online

Been in store today to purchase a electric fire and the assistance we received from all the staff was good, but in particular a guy named Ken went out of his way to help so a big thank you to Ken and all the staff

B&Q do have everything but sometimes prices are not always clear. EG curtain poles with prices and small bar codes 8 inches from floor. Not good especially for older people.
