Visited 7th January and received fantastic advice and assistance from Simon. Cost me a load of money as he sold us a new bed and mattress though! Simon was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. A great ambassador for Furniture Village.
Toni was very friendly & approachable. Listened to my requirements then showed me the options available in store & online for the furniture they didn't have in the store. Kept me within my budget, wasn't pushy or trying to sell unreasonably outside of this budget. Offered good advice regarding colour combinations. Fully explained the process, offered extras ie after care but wasn't pushy
Amazing service. Fully explained in terms of product, delivery, protection, after care. Tracy was absolutely lovely - 100% recommended Furniture village and will never use anywhere else after my shocking experience with sofology. Thanks Tracy and Tony
VERY POOR AFTER CARE. Please think carefully before parting with your money to Furniture Village as the aftercare is very poor. We purchased what we thought was a beautiful leather suite costing nearly £5000. We were thrilled when it arrived just before Christmas , however, disappointingly the wear of the leather of the chair was very visible within a week. We visited the shop to discuss with them.The sales assistant was so different to when she sold us the suite. She was brisk and just asked us to contact Furniture Village by email which we did. They sent an apparently ‘independent recognised technician’ who agreed with us he wouldn’t expect the leather to wear within a week. Next thing we received an email with the report from the ‘independent recognised technician’ that said it was normal wear. We have tried to discuss further with Furniture Village Customer Care who want us to pay for our own independent assessor to tell us what their independent guy told us ….’You would not expect this wear after a week from purchase.’
Sofa arrived thread. Told they don’t consider an issue and won’t refund. Taking this up with ombudsman and credit card company. Avoid at all cost, others much better customer service
I’m so upset with furniture village. I ordered a dinning table 4 chairs and a sideboard on the 2nd June. I was told 13-15 weeks delivery which I accepted. I got an email in October to say the furniture would be delivered on the 12th October, it’s didn’t come. I rang the delivery company and they stated the order wasn’t complete and the store should of let us know. I was then told the 5th December, no furniture, I was then told it would be delivered today and they have cancelled again and told me it would be here Christmas Eve. What a joke, 6 months wait to get furniture. I’m trying to get my deposit back and will never step foot on one of these stores again
Fabulous service. Not pushy at all. Lots of listening and advice from Ben the sales agent. This is the second time I have used Furniture Village and no doubt there will be a third . A very satisfied customer. Thank you.

After being let down by another company I visited furniture village and the lady who assisted me was absolutely fantastic, she was very knowledgeable, explained things clearly, didn't put any pressure on me unlike other companies, she made me feel relaxed and at ease she's a credit to furniture village. Keep up the good work Tracy and thank you very much for your help. Also thank you to Tony for making me a lovely cup of tea.
