Customer service. Bought this product with barcode price of £21.99 and it went through till at £23.99. Went to customer services to rectify the matter. Was told they couldn't reduce it...... I said I didn't want a reduction  just wanted it at advertised price. Obviously it had been programmed into the computer wrongly. I asked for the manager to be told after girl rang him that he couldn't reduce it. I asked if he would come to the desk to be told he wasn't in store but over at Add a and no one else available in store on a busy Saturday afternoon. Can I have a refund ....yes no problem.

I’ve visited The Range several times and it’s a great place.

Prices are very low, quality varies.

They have an excellent pet section, some major brand products at very good prices.

The kitchenwares section is also great.

Some of the staff do look like they hate their job and aren’t friendly. However, I can’t justify knocking a star off for this, the products are too good. But, they could do with improving their management and training of staff.

Excellent range of products for the home, children, crafts, garden etc and a cafe. I would have given it 5 stars but yet again, and the Range in Swansea is the same, the place is far too hot in the winter when the customers are wearing warmer clothing. Even the staff in their polo shirts look very hot. Good free parking and similar shops around.
