Had very very bad experience from staff. Didn't get my choice. Told me if i bring model number from any other spec savers, they can order for me.. I went around and found one from citycentre, brought model number. Then the staff simply took from from cabinet and says we have it here!!!. Then why not displayed??? Answer - I don't know! Attitude is bad... Not good for anyone who got self esteem... I moved my full family to different place
Wonderful friendly staff. Very welcoming. Appointments are readily available online which was handy coz I got myself and most of kids tested in appointments back to back. Didn't have to wait around despite a busy the retail floor. Id definitely recommend this optician
My glasses broke whilst working in this area. I nipped in the store and showed the gentleman my glasses. He took them in the back and a few minutes later he came out with my glasses. He fixed them and they feel better than new. Great service and great customer care.
It’s a busy friendly place depending on what time of day you go. I feel specsavers genuinely care about people’s eyesight & give honest answers about people’s eyesight and test results. I just feel if you don’t need glasses they won’t try and palm you off with a pair just to make money.
The staff at this store are so friendly, I was seen by optician David and he was so reassuring and took time to explain the scans and images, he was efficient and kind, I had such a great experience! The staff member who did my pre tests was also wonderful, as well as the person who helped me in choosing glasses, there was no pressure and when I decided to come back another day there was no pressure and I will keep coming back! Not a massive selection of glasses as it’s a small store but they said if there was something I liked online they’d be able to order in for me. They sanitise the glasses between people trying them on which is also great! Such a great experience as per usual!
