I was looking for a new TV in the middle of a house move. Sam and his team were courteous and efficient, reserving the exact model I was after until I was able to come in and pick it up, and helping me out to the van with it. A great price as I would expect from Richer Sounds, but it's the quality of the service which make them my default option for AV purchases.
Staff excellent and very efficient. Not normally my local Richer Sounds store but as I was travelling into Manchester I rang ahead to check the item I was after was in stock. Phone answered promptly and the TV bracket was out to one side. Easy transaction on arriving and staff couldn’t do enough to help.
Really great communication and service from Sam and Jordan of the Manchester Deansgate branch - Helped me get exactly the right product at a really good price with the VIP discount. Also a thanks to the team at Richer Sounds in Stockport who pointed to stock being available in Manchester. Very happy with the product which just fitted in the car!
An excellent customer-focused store, I've emailed/called countless times and they've always responded, helping me tune my ideas into suitable and complementary products. And with both the price match and warranty services, why look anywhere else? You don't often find this level of service these days, so many stores will sell you whatever brings immediate revenue - at Richer Sounds they help you find something suitable for you, for the long-term. No unnecessary upselling, just open suggestions and recommendations until you can reach your own informed decision. Or not...there's never any pressure. Also worth mentioning - their industry reputation enables them to source products you won't find in the more generic stores. A relatively small floorspace; I found this to be a benefit - their tight walls of TV's really help you see in one glance the different technologies at play. No need to roam nor hide from the bonus-seeking roamers! A big thanks to all the staff; these are lifetime products so it's great to see 'long term satisfaction' placed over 'monthly turnover', a strategy that seems to have been forgotten these days. I may have done my round for this year, but I'll be back. Again!
Came in a few weeks ago as my puppy ate my new speakers - these guys were super helpful and really ran me through what they had available for me! Got a pair of amazing speakers now much higher up. Thanks guys
Recently purchased a new Sony projector, the service is first class, and delivery to home was excellent. I had an issue with needing an active HDMI cable to run the upgraded projector and Derek was really helpful in sorting me out
Went in to look at sound bars - they didn't have the exact model I was after so listened to slightly more basic model, was advised on technical differences to Dolby Atmos version and ordered Polk Sigma S4 in store. Arrived 2 working days later. Very happy with it.
Excellent shopping experience. I wanted a new 4K TV, sound bar and 4K blu-ray player. I didn't want high-end, just good, competent gear. I was served by the store manager Sam who couldn't have been more helpful. He went through all my options and answered my many questions about how best to connect and install the new equipment. He was great and arranged for next-day delivery for me. I like it when store staff listen to a customer's requirements and hate it when they try to up-sell. Sam sold me exactly what I wanted at the level I wanted it. It was a pleasure shopping at Richer Sounds Manchester and I will certainly be going back.
Sam was extremely helpful, kind and understanding. He is a credit to Richer Sounds and the store. Thank you so, so much to Sam and everyone at Richer Sounds for their excellent customer service.
I love my new tv from Richer Sounds, I got it for a great price and interest free too, I also got a 6 year warranty too which is really good, I will definitely buy from them again in the future.
