Great service from point of online purchase right through to collection. Very competitive price, was kept informed on build progress throughout and extras purchased in the shop (bottle cages etc.) were fitted when I collected along with pedals that I took with me. Service from Phil was top notch, would highly recommend.

Visited today to collect a new bike. Could not have been more Impressed with the service I received from Helen and Phil. They made great efforts to ensure the bike was the correct fit and explained many technical items regarding maintenance and equipment in an informative and professional manner. First class service. Thank you.

Birmingham concept store had closed down and consequently I visit the Nottingham store for some warranty work to be carried out. I can't thank these guys enough. The staff was so knowledgable and friendly. The service and attention to detail was second to none. Well worth the extra miles. Nottingham will always be my first choice now regardless wether or not the Birmingham store reopens. Massive Thank you to Laurie, Nathan, Rob and Tom I can't thank you guys enough.

Sat 2nd Dec visited the store with my husband to purchase his bike (specialized tarmac)  Had a great set up by Phil who was very knowledgeable with lots of experience. Well looked after with a coffee while I waited patiently 😉. Highly recommend the store. Great service and friendly staff. Thanks guys

I am very grateful to Laurie and the team for there excellent service. I purchased a bike through cycle  2 work  but unfortunately there was a fault.  They agreed to exchange the bike without any hassle which was needed because I commute to work by bike every day.
