I don't understand why u would want to pay £2 for ketchup when you get get the same brand in Aldi for a pound or less. The same goes with milk and similar. However the pizzas are great and the meats are better quality and tasty. But hey, don't u all go there just bc you have more money and its Waitrose ffs🙄🙄🙄

Lovely cute store. Nice bakery and gorgeous ready meals. I told manager I detest the flipping self service tills and he was really nice. Very handy for buses too. Wish stores would just do away with self service tills.... grr!!

Excellent place to shoo .It would be.better with people on the checkouts rather than those infernal self service tills. Queues form behind those who can't use them !!!

i was shopping the dinner with my wife in wairose stroe wich located in nottingham city centre around 7:00 pm 10/08/2017. we pick up two bottle of wines and lots things and ready to go to check out, then i sea a lady staff was doing the reduce items so we put the wines on a shelf next me because i didnt carry a basket and im holding a lot things, then i went to check the reduce items then he walk to us and told me that i can't put the item on the different shelf and he said that i need to pay for the item if its missing because i put it on a different shelf i think it doesn't make any sense and he was point his finger at me and my wife, he was shouting to me in front of everybody then i said that i don't think that i can not put the things on a different shelf, and my fie told him that he made her feels suffered lots humiliations and the way he talk was very racism then i ask to speak with manager, he said there was no manager in the shop, then i ask his name, but he didn't tell me, so i take out my phone and try to take a picture of his work card which shows his name on it then he was smashed my phone on the floor! the other staff saw everything and she ring the manager. then the manager came and hes name is James Eskriett he check the CCTV and speak to the other staff, then he apologised to me. he promise me that he will pay for the cost to repair my phone, he was kindly give me the wine for free and a nice flower for my wife. i said to James that i don't care about the flowers, all i need is that guy Sherif to make apologise to my wife. but Sherif still shouting to my wife and keep saying that we can make complaint to wherever we want and he wont get no trouble. he said that he didn't get the break because of us! and that was 8:00pm and i didn't even have my dinner finally, my wife didn't get any apologise even the manager tried so hard to stop him, he still shouting to us when the manager try to get her a nice flower. he threaten me that he was in the army and he doesn't care if we make a complaint, he said that we can do whatever we want and he will get no trouble. i don't think this is a right way to working in a shop and it was completely ruined my day me and my wife was very loyalty customers and we shopping in your store every single day for last four years! all of your staff know us and we never make a single problem with anybody. but last night we just had a really bad experience and the impudence of that guy is beyond all calculation! i shouldn't get this kind of service and i hate racism! now i'm scared to go to the shop anymore because of him, i don't want to sea his face, he was insult me in front of everybody, and my wife never ever had this kind of humiliate!
