Fantastic bike fitting experience. I booked the short saddle fitting session and it was exactly what I was looking for. After checking my physiology and where pressure was being placed in my old position, Phil adjusted to an infinitely better position and we tried out some other saddles which he thought would suit me. The service was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and with no hard sell. I came out very happy and with much greater comfort in the saddle. I would recommend to anyone!
After several years of cycling, I decided to try a bike fit due to having developed a couple of injuries that caused me discomfort and aches after every ride in the last couple of years. The session with Phil was really good, he listened to what my issues and expectations were and was able to test and advice on the changes that I needed to help me, seat, cleats and reach. The following ride after the fit was great, by the end of it and the following days I did not experience any of the issues that had been bothering me. I can't recommend it enough!
I too booked a saddle fit session with Phil and found the whole experience extremely helpful. Phil's knowledge, advice and diligence was greatly appreciated and has since been acted upon. I left the session feeling that Phil went above and beyond in helping find a more comfortable solution on the bike for me and I felt it was extremely good value. If I ever need any further tweaks with my set up I will be returning.
I recently purchased a low step Whisper electric bike from this store. The customer service was 2nd to none. The staff are knowledgeable, polite and nothing was too much trouble. They made sure my purchase was right for my current needs. The bike was checked over before I collected it to make sure that it was in full working order. I have no problem in recommending them as the place to go if you are looking for a new bike.
Booked a bike fitting session with Phil after a couple of little niggles whilst riding. Phil took the time to understand my type of riding and made some subtle changes to absolutely nail my position on the bike. No more sore back and extra watts coming out from being in a more comfortable position. Would recommend this service to anyone, whether you are experiencing issues or not - there is always some extra power to be gained!
Wonderful bike repair shop! One of the team sorted out the brake cable that I had changed, but couldn't cut off. Within seconds of entering the shop he appeared with proper wire snippers and put a cap on the end for me. Price? No charge! Many thanks.
I recently purchased eMTB Focus Sam2 6.8 it's a beast , love it through finance. There was a small delay with Hitachi processing the application and the stock was getting scarce . Exchanged a few phonecalls/emails with lads from helpline and Kirsten from management. They made the experience straightforward and pleasant . Happy customer! Did I mention I love the bike? Thanks

Great experience as always here. I needed a stem replacing which I fully expected to pay for the labour but Wayne kindly replaced in no time at all at no cost. All the staff here are knowledgeable, friendly and have always helped with any problems with my bike. I can’t recommend highly enough. Regards Ian
I rang the shop to see if they could help with putting my wheel back on my Cube bike after it was sat on a turbo trainer for the past few months. Lewis and Andy were a delight and showed me how to put the wheel back on for next time and also sorted out a few minor issues with my bike. Thank you
