Went today to research and buy suitable clothing for an upcoming trip to Norway . Courtney member of the staff team helped us understand what we needed and explained the difference between materials very well. Courtney was a superstar today, super helpful, incredible knowledgeable and had the time for us and our many questions. Thank you so much
Not impressed asked for advice on a blow up bed the guy was not interested in helping at all, dismissive and rude. Could not wait to walk away. We ended buying the wrong bed, which luckily was ok. Shame as they had lots of choice. I won't rush back
Large store lots of stock on display and if it's not in stock you can get it delivered for collection. Lots of parking on site with a Starbucks opposite. I've had some issues not receiving confirmation of delivery to store of late but waited 4/5 days then called in and made my collect. Staff are always very helpful and polite.
We visited the Nottingham Daybrook store today to check out the sleeping bags for an upcoming camping trip, all of the bags we out and on display which made it so much easier to choose. The staff were brilliant, helpful and polite.
Love going late on so I can scoot around quickly knowing exactly what I came for. Even so inevitably distracted by half price bargains I didn't expect, I left a happy chappy. Even more so when the happy staff processed there very last customer. We the smiles because it was home time or because of lil old me? The latter of course or at least I like to think so!!
My wife bought new walking boots. Staff were very helpful. Excellent service. Visited again 30th may - this time bought map, map carry case & the good lady wife bought a new fleece. Back again dec 2022. Bought head torch & a new waterproof coat.
Went today to pick online order which was faulty. Because i needed tomorrow for sons birthday party store manager sorted another table and gave me discount . All of staff including store manager were amazing and super polite , its been a while i came across where i want to give 10 star and only able to give 5 max. Amazing guys keep up the good work, i am definitely shopping there more often now. Thank you from singh family.
I was at the store yesterday to try to fix a broken part of my bike, the bike shop attendant sorry I forgot the name didn't have the part I needed but he was very nice to me, gave me important tips and treated me like we were friends for years, thank you very much for your excellent service, I extend it to the entire team at the Nottingham store ! Thanks
Reserved item online travelled all the way to the store to collect only to be told they only have the display item and the charging cable is missing! Why not just cancel the reservation and say it's not available or at least call the customer?
Very clean & well laid out. Staff are engaged into helping you instantly your looking on your own. Just a shame they didn't stock my size shoes or coat in anything I liked...
