This is one of the biggest Primark stores I have visited, and there's quite a large selection of items to purchase. While it isn't the cheapest store around, it is definitely not the most expensive, and will be affordable for most people. I had no problems navigating and paying, and my entire shopping experience was nice
Was looking for a pair of trousers that I saw on a model, but not on the rails.A lovely young girl called Misha said she would look around to see if she could find any, another very sales girl then told there was none in stock unti tomorrow .I went pay for the rest of my goods and as I was leaving Misha came up to me and said she had been looking for me as she had found 2 pairs that might fit. I was so grateful to her and said she had gone above and beyond to help me. I wanted to make management aware of what a fabulous member of staff they had on their team.
Great store, the staff are very nice people always ready to help..nI had case that one size was small, they change it immediately..
Queue management was horrendous with staff not diverting a long queue from one side, to the other, despite not having any customers! It took a member of public to remove the trolly barrier so that customers could be served by 3 free tills, not serving, while the ones on the side were non-stop!nThere's clearly a problem with that!nnThat said, store was nice and staff friendly, just need some 'guidance' it seems!
I purchased a phone case from Primark and it has absolutely shattered the back of my brand new iPhone 15 pro. I haven’t dropped it, the phone case kept clicking in and out and now look.
