The staff are always very friendly and helpful to me. It's not really like a normal bike shop, they sell 2nd hand bikes for really good prices but not much else. Sometimes it feels a bit like you're walking into the wrong door but that's part of the charm once the staff say hello and help you out. Repairs are very affordable and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. It's not for profit and you can tell, no pushy sales staff just nice people helping me keep my bike on the road for cheap. Definitely the best bike shop I've used in Nottingham.

Avoid at any cost. Left my bike with them for a week. Bike came back in worst condition than I left it with. Gears on my bike were barely operable, white leather seat was covered in greasy finger prints. Contact them to get refund and was told to bring me bike back to get it fixed. No way I will give them my bike again.

I had a gold service for a fraction of the price of local competitors. My bike had been through the wars but is now as good as new thanks to the bike works team. All top off by the fact its all helping a good cause.

Super place to renew your passion of cycling or begin one. Organised bike rides are fun as well as fascinating. I it gave me great pleasure to donate three bikes recently knowing they'll be used/donated accordingly.

Really impressed with the service. My three year old cycle seems to work better than new! Would highly recommend them to anyone. Very reasonably priced and great friendly atmosphere as well.
