A huge thank you to the lovely member of staff fitting bras on Saturday. She is delightful and a real credit to your company. She helped my daughter with maternity bras and nothing was too much trouble. I don't know her name but she is tiny and has long black hair. Also, what a fab range of merchandise.

Excellent service in store. You can get quality brands at reasonable prices. Nice range as well.

Went wedding suit shopping with my son. They had the best range by far, including a hiring service with examples of all the tail coats etc on offer. We tried John Lewis, House of Frazer and M&S and turned round again straight away... very little or nothing! Will be buying from Debenhams.

Store was packed which it being Christmas market season didn't surprise me. Though the age of the building makes stairwells a bit double blind. Lost my other half fairly easily at one point. Plenty of stock and plenty of staff so the rush didn't feel too oppressive. Best that could be hoped for on a Christmas shopping day.

I could see why the store had a poor Christmas. Hope they find their way again quickly or it'll be another big name lost from the high street
