Horrendous experience. Fault light lit on 3 year old Nissan, just asked them to read the code and explain the way ahead. Told £97 just to read the code and i could not speak to the mechanic as the the way ahead.

We visited the Skoda showroom a few weeks back, showing interest in the Superb Estate. There was not one available to test drive, so we gave the salesman our email address and contact numbers. We waited, and waited, and waited....no email or communication. Consquently, due to lack of interest by your sales staff, we went elsewhere. Very disappointed. Same thing happened 3 years ago when we were looking for a 13 plate car, again we went elsewhere. Skoda have lost a great deal of money by ignoring us.
