Fantastic experience from the moment we entered the showroom. The receptionist took us to Wilson Stark. Perfect salesman, not pushy. He arranged test drives for us both and then we decided to purchase the T-ROC. Wilson guided us through the purchase process and made sure that this was what we wanted. I can assure everyone that at no point did Wilson ever try to push us into any agreement. Wilson kept in touch and then was on hand when we collected the car. It was a great experience from start to finish and we were so glad that Wilson was the one who ironed out all the problems before they were apparent.
I found the team at Specialist Cars VW, Aberdeen excellent, professional and very helpful. I must call out Adam​ Szarek in particular as he really went the extra mile when helping me select and purchase my new used car. We bought an almost new car from Specialist Cars last week. The whole process was painless and efficient. We received excellent attention from Kosta, the sales executive. He dealt with all of our needs and questions in a most professional way and he ensured that we were fully satisfied and familiar with the car before allowing us to leave. A real gentleman and an asset to the company!
I was looking to trade in my current Golf R and was offered £3k less than it was valued by other dealers. I was also told that its price would suffer another big drop next March !! Ended up placing my order with another dealer who guaranteed the equity value in my car until the new car arrives .
I know nothing about Cars, my son was there with me. But everything was explained in plain English. Nice and friendly atmosphere,. Steve was great. Stayed past his closing time to attend to us.
A long trip but well worth it Just purchased a VW Tiguan, from specialist cars of Aberdeen. Helped all the way by Paul Hardy, personal video and nothing was too much trouble including loads of phone calls and info also driving the car to Dunfermline from Aberdeen to save me 2 hours on my drive home to Hertfordshire! He went the extra mile to get everything ready for me on collection so I could be on my way quicker. Yes a long drive home but the car was the right colour right specification and a great price from a great dealer. All made possible by Paul - Thanks Paul love the car.
An absolutely first class business! We had a problem after buying a car from them. Entirely of our own making, and which they could easily have been difficult about. Instead, they were understanding and went out of their way to help us fix it. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
I never enjoy buying cars. Never. But this actually gave me hope that there are some good places out there. We bought a secondhand Passat and the team we dealt with Adam and Simon were so great. They both understood our needs and done their best to help me in choosing the right car and being able to acquire it within my budget. They kept me up to date at all times, and gave me any information on the car I wanted. I felt they were very genuine. I reckon I'll be back to Specialist Cars. Great service. Please give them a thanks.
Bought the first car we looked at. Very nice cars and staff lovely and friendly
2hrs to change oil & filter? Plenty "techs" walking about not doing much. 3/4 hr waiting on paperwork to be processed. Won't be back.
